UHMWPE FIBER FOR ROPES (1600D)
| The Strongest & Ultrafine Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Yarn (or call UHMWPE Fiber) is a continuous and bright white polyethylene multi-filament yarn. It's light than water and the tenacity is more than 10 times stronger than high quality steel and around 40 percent greater than aramid fiber. The modulus is very high and the elongation at break is very low. The 1600D UHMWPE multi-filament Yarn is a well known type to braid strongest ropes and commercial fishing nets. And it has strongest tensile strength (with around 28cN/tex) and also ultra fine (with around 5.0dpf). And it also provides a non-knot packing around 1.5 KGS per bobbin for easy to use thinking or over 3KGS per bobbin after with 2-4 knots (knot by air splicing with around 2.5mm size)

After 1500 "Sunshine" hours, its remaining strength is more than 80%
After 6 months in most chemicals (seawater, gas, etc), its remaining strength is 100%
The UHMWPE ropes' remaining strength is 100% after 1000 times loaded rotative test
Its rotative times until break of Abrasion proof are more than 110 by 103
Its rotative times until break of Winding proof are more than 240 by 103
Its strength of annelation is 12 up to 18g/d. it's 10 up to 15g/d for collusion
Melting Point is around 125 - 145 degree Celsius, Highly resistant to abrasion, cutting, tearing
Color is bright white and poor for dyeing
