BULLET PROOF UHMWPE FIBER UD (PEUD)

The lightweight and high performance Anti-Ballistic Polyethylene Unidirectional Fabric (or call PEUD) is made from several layers of the Strongest & Bulletproof Fiber (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber or call UHMWPE Fiber). All the fibers' direction in each layer at 90 angles to the adjacent layers' fibers and all the fibers are laid paralleled in the same plain. The unidirectional fabric's anti-ballistic performance is higher than other conventional woven fabrics because the energy transferred from the bullet/ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers very quick. So, it is a very lightweight one and has high level anti-ballistic performance for both personal and vehicle protection.The SB (Soft Ballistic) series is designed for soft bullet proof vests to against handgun ammunition up to NIJ 0101.06 IIIA protect level. It is very lightweight and flexible for maximum wearing comfort, and the performance unaffected by moisture-proof agent. The HB (Hard Ballistic) series is designed for laminated hard armor plates to aginst rifle (like NATO Ball, AK47, Dragunov and so on) up to level III or level IV after composited with ceramic tiles.
