As one leading supplier of soft, lightweight and high-performance bullet proof material in China, we focus on body armor technology including the high performance polyethylene yarn (UHMWPE yarn, its tenacity is more than 10 times stronger than high quality steel and around 40 percent greater than Aramid fiber. The modulus is very high and the elongation at break is very low), bullet proof polyethylene unidirectional fabric (PEUD, the main bullet proof material to make bullet proof vest and insert plates), weaving protective clothing, non-woven stab-proof fabric, soft armor panels (SAP, cut from the PEUD), hard armor insert plates (HAP, laminated from the PEUD or composite with ceramic for both body armor and vehicle armor). And also, including the bullet proof products which made from the materials. They are bullet-proof vest, helmet, shield, bag, bomb blanket / suit and stab-proof vest, cut-resistance clothing, cut resistance bag, and so on.
We main according to newest NIJ standard (0101.06 or 0101.04) of body armor to design bullet proof products on the technology side and with more soft, lightweight, comfortable and user friendly thinking. We tested all of the materials and products from the H.P. white laboratory, Inc of United State for each level included level IIA, II, 9mm bullet, IIIA, III, AK47 MSC bullet and the level IV. And designed different style vest included concealable vest, waistcoat for Officer, VIP and citizen user. The tactical vest, full protection jacket with quick release system, Nylon belt loading system and MOLLE standard pouches, bags for police and military users.
We can offer the UHMWPE yarn and the PEUD around 1500 metric tons per year each, and can offer the SAP (soft armor panel) around 600,000 pieces per year, HAP (hard armor plate) around 400,000 pieces per year and sew the vest around 200,000 pieces per year and around 100,000 pieces bullet proof helmet could be offer. Our target is to support our customer with quality product, competitive cost in short leading time.
Our main market of the UHMWPE yarn, the PEUD, SAPs, HAPs, Bullet Proof Vests, and Helmet is Southeast Asian countries, South Asian countries, Mid-East countries, European countries, South American countries and North American countries today.
